What is MakingSpace?
MakingSpace is a planning workspace for church ministry teams, with session plans, teaching series, resources and team collaboration.
How do I join a church team?
Ask a Team Admin for the church code. Sign in, enter the code and request access; the Team Admin must approve your request.
Can I belong to more than one church?
Yes. Membership, role and billing are managed separately for each church. Use the church selector after signing in to switch workspaces.
How do I manage a subscription?
Sign in, open Account information, then Billing. A Team Admin can manage the plan for the selected church.
Are payments real?
MakingSpace currently uses Stripe sandbox mode. Sandbox checkouts use test data and do not charge a real payment method.
Who can read a support ticket?
Only the person who opened the ticket and the MakingSpace developer team can read its messages. Church members cannot see your ticket.
